My hen crowed

MY hen has been crowing. She sounds like our rooster did when he was learning to crow. She is really not to bad at it.I separated my hens from our rooster because he was causing injuries in their backs.(need to Make Saddles for them) Not sure if she she is calling to him. She also make a noise kind of like an omm sound , like she is meditating the other birds quite down when she does it. The other hen is usually laying an egg when she does it. MY hambrug hens make lots of noises. very talkive ladies.

i only have hens, and in almost every pen i have one who has taken over the roll of the roo. Some will try to crow, some even do the rooster dance. Sometimes i feel like i'm running a girl's prison.

I have a hen that she is an Old English Game bird and she is not very good at it. It is very high pitch but I still love her even weird she is and I now she is a hen because she lays
