Thats so great! Seems he's recovered from shock, and is starting to pass the droken egg. I would immediately give her a Tums if you can. That will give her a calcium boost to pass the rest of the egg. I think she will survive this. To give Tums, chop it into 1/4's and squeeze her tightly between your legs. Then pinch the sides of her mouth to get her to open, and pop a prince in, let her swallow, repeat.
Do you have Electrolytes? If you do, add those to her water. If you don't, pick some up in town when you can. Keep her separated from the other chickens, and place a towel under her as that will show her discharge really well. Carefully watch her food and water intake. I had a hen with the same issue, I didn't watch her food intake enough and she died of starvation.
If you can, I would use liquid measuring cups to hold water and food, as you can then tell exactly how much water and food she's eating a day. Keep her separated, and keep us posted.
Her leg is is likely sprained rather then broken. I've seen a hen run around on a sprained ankle to get to food. They have very high pain tolerance. Keep her locked up so she can't stress her knee, and watch her carefully. Good luck!
