My hen has a runny beak and keeps sneezing

Hana, I would read some on respiratory diseases including infectious bronchitis (IB) and mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.)
MG is a chronic disease, coming back during periods of stress, especially extreme cold weather and molting. MG can be treated with an antibiotic Tylan50 injectable, but given orally, 1 ml 2-3 times a day, for 5 days. Find it in feedstores, cattle meds. IB is a firus that has to run it’s course over a month or so, and antibiotics do not help.

Ok thanks! I looked for pictures and research but she doesn't have either of those. Maybe allergies? Do chickens get allergies to dust?

Dust in feed or bedding can irritate the nostrils, and occasional sneezing might result. If she is sneezing every few minutes when you spend some time with her, that sounds more like IB. How is the air circulation in the coop? Is there any wet or moldy areas? Mold is really bad, and can cause aspergillosis, a respiratory fungal infection which can spread throughout the body.
