My hen has a worm, please help!

Is it stange that the rest of her poop today has not looked like this? Not a single worm.

Last night I gave all of my hens a bath with salt water and dish soap because they have a very small case of lice.

You might want to use some permethrin instead.

Is it possible the salt water in her bath drew out the worms and that's why there was so many?
