My Hen has be sick for about 4 weeks - Orange comb - moving slow - What to do?

I have a hen who is moving very slowly. Her comb and waddle have turned orang and seems to be drying out. She has a vey yellow look to her. None of my other 4 hens bother her. She is in slow motion all the time. Her neck feather have thinned out and she is always in the hunched position seeming to stay warm. Any thoughts? I feel bad for her. I love these chickens. The have become my sweet pets. Our winter has been very mild here in Salt Lake City, Utah. At the moment, she stays in the coop at night with the other. Please advise. Thank you.

Have you checked her for lice or mites? Look at the feather shaft under the wing area and around the vent.
