My hen has bumblefoot

Thanks everyone for all you replies, we took her to the vet a month and a bit ago and shes on anibiotics and creams and liquids and salty water, the whole deal and it is starting to go down. Shes not to bothered by it, we just put the cream on daily and bandage up her foot, she still runs around like and mad chicken and all
Although mums not very happy shes cost us about $200....
I wanted the vet to operate on it like everyone has said but she said there can be complications.
