My hen has sat on her eggs 21 days--no signs of pipping--what should I do??

Fingers crossed the chicks arrive today or else I may want to consider removing the eggs.

Leave the eggs until chicks arrive, and then switch. Usually best in the DARK of night. In morning,,, all is like a NEW WORLD for hen.
In the meantime, offer her some feed and water accessible for her from the nest as she sits.
How many chicks are you getting

I switched the eggs for the chicks, and all is well! She took to them instantly and they to her

My Mawmaw, a Rouen, recently had her eggs hatch.
You said she has been sitting on them for 21 days?
What day did she lay her last egg?
My Rouen laid a total of 26 eggs. The eggs she had first didnt hatch. We could start counting until she sat.
Has your temperature changed where you are at?
Our duck eggs didnt start until day 23. We had a few freezes.
Just be patient Momma!
Once one duck was out, we moved the eggs inside. I had to help the last hatch because the egg shell stuck to it like seran wrap.
We only did this because she stepped on her baby and it died.

Her egg hatched last night and we slipped her two day old chicks today while simultaneously removing two ceramic eggs we had under her. All is good on the western front!
