My hen has started to limp...how should I help her?

I noticed she was limping earlier today, doesn't look like she has broken bones. How should I help her?

Can you take a pic of the bottom of her foot?

Check the bottom of the foot for bumblefoot. Just treated a hen yesterday for it.

Don't think it's bumblefoot because earlier today I put a little piece of plywood over their food bin to keep it from getting soggy from rain. When I came out to check on them it was on the ground and I'm assuming it fell on the poor girls foot...
