My hen has stopped laying and crows in the morning

Ok so my hen is acting a little strange. She stopped laying about a month ago. At the time I didn't think anything about it but a few weeks ago I heard her crow in the morning. At first I thought it was my rooster but when I went out to see them, I saw it was her. Also, she is beginning to look like a rooster and is acting like one to. So my question is what is going on with her? Is this just a temporary thing or is it pernment? And, is she turning into a rooster?
