Hi, I am having a really bad problem, my favourite hen Cookie has swollen feet, to the point where you can tell it hurts to walk. we've tried everything and there aren't any mites, or it's not bumble foot. if you have any knowledge of what it might be please comment!
Thank you, your help is appreciated!

I'll post a pic. on Sunday when I can, so far we've soaked her feet in oil, and rubbed with Vaseline, put down dry hay, sterilized them, checked for bumble foot, and all the other cures for mites mainly. we live in a very small town and only a handful of them have chickens, so we can't go any where that we know of to get her checked out.
I'll be sure to try soaking her feet in epsom salts,
than you for the recommendations. :)

it may not be Mycoplasma synoviae because she has had it for quite along time and still is the only hen to have swollen feet, meaning it never spread. I'm not sure if it is Osteopetrosis because she can still walk, but is in pain. although it could very well be grout. do you know of any ways on curing it? thank you so much for the recommendations, it is appreciated!
best wishes to you all,

If it's gout, treatment could be as simple as a change in diet. What do you feed?
