My hen has white bubble like bumps on her comb and face.

The first day I noticed it, yesterday, it was under her ears. Today it is all over her comb. She is active, not sluggish, and she eats/drinks the same.

What is your location? Do you have mosquitoes out presently? Pictures are needed, but it could be early signs of fowl pox, a virus carried by mosquitoes. Here is what that looks like:

Yea, that is dry fowl,pox. It looks mild. It lasts about a month, and most chickens recover well. Make sure that she is eating and drinking well. Here is some reading about the disease:
