My hen I think has a defect

She is 2 year old hen and she is very light and recently she can walk is always lying down and it seems like her chest bone is stretching her skin.

If that's her poop in the picture it doesn't look too healthy.

Have you ever de wormed her? Are you sure she is eating? Sometimes a sick hen will pick at food like she's eating but really isn't. They don't want to look weak to other birds.

She always is eating but I've never dewormed her.

What do you feed, including treats?
Any lice or mites?

When was her last egg?

Is she being bullied?

I'd pull her aside, see that she's eating well (a Balanced Poultry Feed) and drinking. Examine her for lice/mites and make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

See if she improves by being separated into her own cage within the coop/run.
