Today I went outside and saw my EE hen go into the nesting box, however she came right out and now is trying to find a good spot, will the stress of finding a good nesting box cause any problems, and is this normal, because all my other hens were much faster at settling in.

It's completely normal. Just make sure to EGG HER ON!

Add some straw to the box she's interested in. You can move her into a box if she's confused. It's her first time, she's not gonna know what to do.
I added a lot of hay and put her in, but she came right out again. I even left my comets and leghorns eggs in there...thats why I am so confused

Give her some time. Does she look at all eggbound or physically stressed?
