On your other thread you posted a picture where the prolapse looks necrotic and black. I would now put her down since it is doubtful that she will recover. Can you post the last picture here so others may see it? So sorry about your hen, but I think her prolapse was so large that she probably didn't have a chance. When pink internal tissue dries out, it will die unless it is kept moist with honey, hemorrhoid cream, or oil.
