My hen is laying eggs with out shells, any where. Lethargic

]I have a 2 year old hen that has been laying beautiful eggs until this week, now she is laying eggs with no shells and turning around and eating it, if the other chickens don't beat her to it. She is free range, used to use the nesting boxes when she laid eggs, now she just lays the rubber egg in the coop. She has free feed of oyster shells and she is on a layer pelleted feed and scratch. She is acting lethargic like she just doesn't care anymore about anything. Why is this happening? Can anybody help me? Thank you
