My hen is often making a noise? I'd like to know if it's normal....

I think she's a leghorn. Ever since I got her she makes this sound. She does this during the daytime. She is free range. We also give her cracked corn/ bread/ oats/ cat food. Each sound is long and loud(around 1-3 seconds each) sound something like eeeeeiiiirrRRAARRRRRR....eeiiiiirrrrARRRAERR....eeeii....eeeiirrraaeerrrr
She does this all throughout the day from when she wakes to when she goes to sleep. Stopping for several minutes to hours at a time, then starting again. When she does this she sounds like she's frustrated/ hungry.
But who knows. Her daughter doesn't make this noise near as much. She has other sounds that she makes too, but this sound concerns me. Has anyone else seen this?

We have one who regularly makes a noise which sounds like the good gremlins....before getting wet and feeding after midnight. Weird but not unpleasant.
They love a treat of a combination of high end bird seed with Pecans, safflower, black sunflowers, cracked corn, raisins and other seeds and nuts. Mr Bird brand treats broken up to hand feed them.

I have no rooster. She used to be the same when I did have a rooster.
