My hen is really lonely for some weird reason

I have 10 chicken. 3 roosters and 7 hens.
I have 5 hens that are almost 1 year old and the other 2 are older.
One of the younger ones seems to be always by herself, away and not socialising much with the other chicken. It grew up with 4 other sisters so I don't know why it's separating itself from them. She also has a habit of not eating at the same time as the others. She always waits till the other chicken are done or only eats out of my hand. She also hates chicken feed, resulting in her main diet as grass, natural foods etc.
I'm really worried about her health as her head is always down. She is probably my favourite chicken because she loves being picked up and patted.
If you can help me thanks so much, if not thanks anyways.

Chickens that seperate themselves often are feeling bad or are being picked on. Hers seems like a bit of both. With her head down and staying to herself, if she is still laying etc... I would worm them all encase she has a parasite that is bringing her down.

She's still laying like 5 eggs a week probably... pretty clean environment. Thanks for the help.
