My hen is seperated from her chicks and started to lay eggs ,after how many days she will go to broody again?

It depends on the hen, it may be a year until she goes broody again, she might not ever go broody again.

How long did she lay for before going broody the first/previous time? I have found that hens tend to have quite regular laying-brooding cycles, although this can be affected by changing seasons and the breed of the hen, as well as the hens health. Some breeds are well known for going broody more reliably.

So if a chicken laid, say, twenty eggs over a month then went broody, after raising chicks she will probably (but not definitely) lay around the same amount of eggs before brooding again.
