My Hen is Sick Please help

This is my 3 yr old Susie . She won't bend her neck downwards, she's not drinking water, her neck just below her waddles is abnormally swollen and she's making these moves almost as if she's trying to keep something down her crop is full. I'd really like to know what this is, and I hope it's harmless

Have you looked down her throat? In her beak? Has she been around any garbage or anything she shouldn't be eating?

Welcome to BYC, sorry your hen is sick. By the way she is standing it looks like she might have something stuck in her esophagus or crop. Can you take a video, upload it to YouTube or Vimeo then copy and paste the link here?

Also can you feel around the front of her neck for air under the skin which might be a leaking air sac? Is there anything that could have stung her?
