My hen is sneezing!

I hope so my rooster is only 4 or 5 months old right now and pretty low in the pecking order hopefully when he matures he will move up hes already doing his little dance around the ladys and putting on the charm ;P Apparently the younger cochin hen has sucessfully hatched a brood but not the older hen so if my millle fluer dosnt go broody i may give them to one of the other hens to hatch they should be good mothers I dont know a wholelot about cochins but i hear there very broody

I hate bothering you guys but she is still sneezing it seems worse when she outside now then when she is inside the coop unless she is scratching in leaves behind my shed she sounds almost completely better idk what is causeing this. I did knowtice when she sneezss she has alot of debrie around her nostrals dirt, sand sometimes grass she seems to have the dirtiest nose of all the chickens + now the younger new hen gas started sneezing really sofrly like once ever 10 to 20 minuets her eyes are clear and her nose is clear she is molting so maybe its from stress? I feed her scrambled eggs in the morning for protein. I feel like a failure...

Maybe check out the noses a lot more. They might have too much mucas

Thats a good idea i just removed a dried peice of mucus covering her nostral i was picking at it this morning but i stopped cause i thought it might be part of her but i found out it wasnt i think she is produceing to much mucus and idk how to help her and stop the flow of it.

Have you replaced the hay yet? This is strange...they show absolutely no symptoms?

Yes i replaced it with leaves and grass yeasterday and got rid of the hay that was in the run today the mille fleur who is sneezing has a runny nose so when she pecks at the ground debry collects around her nose also when she drinks she has her mouth oprn afterward like shes breathing out of her mouth only which would kinda make sence if her nose is plugged. And my new cochin hen is now starting to softly sneeze often once every 10-20 minuets idk. Since the cochin and the 2 other chickens I got her with are new i have been keeping them seperate from my original two while i acclimate the two groups and now tonight is the first night there all sleeping together idk im worried about the dampl grass isnt drying in the coop amd may cause mold so I am going to replace it tomorrow with just dry dead leaves.

I think thre wood chips might be a better alternative...you never know what dry leaves may be harboring. Look up "hen sneezing" in the archives (search bar) and see what you come up with.
