I have a two week old chick and was going to introduce it to my chickens. The only problem is that one of my hens seems to hate it. I give my chickens attention, and I’m thinking she could be jealous of it. If any of you could help me think of how to get them to deal with each other that would be great. They will have to live together at some point, but if she keeps being aggressive towards the chick, it might be too scared of my hen. The strange thing is that my hen, Hana, is normally very friendly to chicks and loves them! I’m very confused because this has never happened to me before. If any of you have any advice I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I would definitely wait until the chick is closer to 6 weeks. I introduced my chickens to the babies by keeping the chicks inside the coop in a wire cage so that they could look and not touch. They stayed in there for several weeks before being introduced in a very supervised setting.
