My hen is walking like a penguin

Yes, calcium should be given.

@leghornman1 get some calcium citrate +D3 with at least 500mg of calcium and give her one tablet once a day.
Thanks for the reply, however don't see that as the issue I feed a good quality lay mash with calcium added and my hens have access to crushed oyster shells

Sounds like she could be egg bound. Although I don't think she'd still be living being egg bound for 3 days.

Check her crop early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything and see if it's empty.

If you think she might be egg bound they need oral calcium (600mg) with vitamin D to help increase muscle contractions. Have you felt inside for an egg with 1 clean finger? As I said, it could be internal laying, where they may have solid masses of egg material inside the oviduct or abdominal cavity. If she has not laid recently or for awhile, that might be the issue.

I I ioiiiiiiiiiiiiiui

I did check her crop was empty in morning.i did this because I thought she might have sour crop she was stretching her neck and opening and closing her mouth but no discharge no odor I gave her some olive oil and some yogurt and she doesn't seem to be doing that anymore no swelling anywhere she's eating drinking has no problem darting away from me vent clean no missing feathers but she continues to walk around but towards ground as though she needs to take a poop and she does go into the nesting boxes had her in the house for 3 days no egg can't say when she last layed because she part of a flock of 8 I know they all aren't laying as I'm only collecting an average of 3 or 4 eggs a day

Yes I did used K-Y jelly didn't feel anything checked her bottom again today can't find anything unusual

Is her tail position up or down when she is standing? Is she pooping normal amounts, and pictures can help? Some hens with internal laying, and egg yolk peritonitis can look as though they are egg bound. When was her last egg?
Tail is down when she is standing and she pooping ok don't know when last egg was she has room mate's but she was in the house for 3 days and no egg so if it's that egg yolk peritonitis what do you do for them?

If she is pooping she is probably not egg bound then. You could try giving her an antibiotic, such as amoxicillin (Aqua Mox) found online. Dosage is 250mg given orally twice a day for 7-10 days. Antibiotics may or may not help, but if started early in the disease, might help extend her life.

While you are out and about, get some Calcium to give her. Calcium Citrate can be found at stores like Walmart, CVS, Dollar General, etc.
Give her 1 tablet daily, just open her beak and pop in the tablet.
Walking low like you explain, she may be having a hard time passing a soft shelled egg, a membrane or even lash material. The calcium may help her with this.
