My hen is walking like a penguin

While you are out and about, get some Calcium to give her. Calcium Citrate can be found at stores like Walmart, CVS, Dollar General, etc.
Give her 1 tablet daily, just open her beak and pop in the tablet.
Walking low like you explain, she may be having a hard time passing a soft shelled egg, a membrane or even lash material. The calcium may help her with this.

Just thought I update everyone who tried to help me with my little penguin she had her butt up for the first time this morning I did find some calcium pills yesterday but was unable to persuade her crushed it and had put it in grape one of the other hens ate it ordered some of the aquavox from chewy but hasn't arrived yet so I still haven't figured out what was wrong I have however added apple cider vinegar to there water for past week since she was sick she had a nice poop while I had her out yesterday and I was unable to find any worms in it initially when this started and I brought her in the first thing I did was the epsom salt bath then I was able to get her to start drinking with a syringe and got her eating again by offering friskies wet cat food then I gave her yogurt and then started to mix mash with the yogurt and added apple cider vinegar in her water she also had diarrhea in the beginning also through the course of this she appeared to have a swollen crop for a day and would stretch her neck out and open and close her mouth all of these symptoms are now gone but what ever it was one or more of the following seemed to take care of it maybe my experience with her help some else with a bird who was acting like mine docile easy to pick up feathers that were fluffed up and was walking around like a penguin I also used K-Y jelly in her vent and gave her some olive oil in a dropper during this week long fiasco and no she didn't lay an egg for the 3 days she was in the house and I still don't know if she lays because she back in coop with several other birds so I don't know if it was a reproductive issue

That's good!
To give the calcium just get the tablets and pop one right into her mouth, simple as that.
