I would leave her there. She’ll protect the babies and they will integrate into the flock better than if you wait until they’re older. I used to keep broody and babies separated until 8 weeks or so, but then mama was no longer protective and the babies were kind of on their own to figure things out. The first year I let tings be, the broody was killed by a raccoon when her chicks were about 5 weeks old. Because they were already in with the flock, they knew their place and the other chickens let them be. They were their own little sub-flock.Thank you.
