My hen just hatched the first chick... should I leave her alone?

Hi!
I urgently need your advice! My broody has been on the eggs for 19-20 days... I usually lift her up and give her food and water, but today I heard a "peep" under her... It means that at least one chick has just hatched.... I am afraid to mess up the hatching process, but also I am worried that it is warm and she needs water(may be?)
Should I leave her alone for today and tomorrow, let the babies hatch. Or should I disturb her and take her for the water and food?

Thank u - that's what I thought - she is sitting in a shadowed area outside - and she had a drink yesterday.... When should I give her a drink and food again? Only when all the chicks are out? It may take couple days...
