My hen laid FOUR EGGS this morning!!

No worries, it's not a horrible question. :)
Yes, we saw all of the bodies. and even if we hadn't, these eggs look nothing like the ones her sisters used to lay. We had a very eclectic flock, with one California White, one Buff Orpington, one Rhode Island Red, and one Black Sexlink.

And of course, "Truffle" the black Silkie.

Definitely all her eggs! I can't wait to check tomorrow...

Info it takes a hen 10 hours of daylight to form a egg shell.Read an article about the life of an egg very interesting.
 
Two today! One at 8 am and one at about 2 pm. Definitely both from today.
Will update again tomorrow....stay tuned!
