My hen looks like she's barfing.

I've been watching my 16 week old hen do this strange thing today, where she opens her mouth wide, and rolls her neck out, kinda like she's gonna puke. She'll do this every 10 seconds for a minute, maybe, then stop for a while, and do it more later.
I noticed her poops are really watery, too.
What's up?

i would be checking down her throat, she could be choking. that happened to me once.

everything looked ok, and she's not doing it anymore. So i guess she worked it out herself.

Sometimes it means nothing more than a crop "adjustment."

Do you have a picture of the hen. Could this gagging be crowing? A sex misidentification possibly.
