my hen looks raggedy

My hen looks like she's molting missing feathers on her neck and back and has been this way for months now. Does anyone know wut could b going on?

Yes but I also have 14 hens and she's the only one that looks that way

Sometimes they have a favorite pullet. If you don't think it is from breeding you can post a photo of her and see what else people think could be causing it.
