YES, it took 4 hours of excruciating waiting and worrying when I opened up my front door to ask my neighbors and she was just walking up the steps, completely soaked from the thunderstorm that was occurring. I cried many tears of joy

Like the others have said, she'll probably come home to roost, or come back in the morning. First place I'd look is if anybody else has chickens close to you? Might try posting on Facebook and Craigs List your area, most people are pretty cool about lost animals.
