My hen ripped her beak off...

I have a hen that has cross beak. It wasnt so bad as to cause her not to eat. Well I went out to check them this morning and the curled end of her beak is ripped off but the inner flesh is still there. I have no idea how to treat or care for her. Any ideas?

I once had a roo break the tip of his beak off. We fed him cream of wheat for a few days and then he was fine. It doesn't appear you hen is seriously injured. Just baby her and the beak should heal.
