Sorry that she has not improved. She could try to get her to take some undiluted or concentrated Corid from a dropper. Sometimes we don't know what illness they have until a necropsy after death unfortunately. Worming, probiotics in the diet, or treating a known disease with antibiotics or coccidia treatment is about all you can do. If there is sour crop, here are some links to read:

I got home last night and she was not doing well at all. I made her comfortable and warm and she passed peacefully. I started thinking...she's just a chicken so why am I so emotional. I kept thinking maybe I missed something. My husband reassured me I tried for a week to make her better. Maybe it was just her time. I believe it was. Thank you all for your responses. I truly appreciate it.
