My hen sits on eggs but doesn't lay any eggs

Leghorns can and do go broody, but unless she is sitting day and night that is not what is going on. Can you feel her vent area after she sits on the nest and see if an egg is still in there? Sometimes the large eggs stick and then drop later. Hopefully she is not egg bound. Your flock may be eating it if it drops on the floor. It is possible she is just a late bloomer and is preparing to lay.

4 years old and still laying. They seem to get angry, when I take an egg they just laid

because there is always the same amount of eggs when she gets off the eggs
So you wait there every single day at 1:00 to see if there is another egg once she's climbed off the box?
How long has this been going on?
If she's egg bound she would live for 48 hours and die so I'm guessing that's not her issue.
Is 'She' a He?

No, she is definitely a 'she', and she's been doing this since beginning of March. And she went broody last year.
