My Hen won’t use her left leg

I am new to having chickens, raised nineteen from eggs and everything was going great. I get around 7-9 eggs a day and haven’t had any problems. They are all over a year old now.

One of my hens won’t walk. It started yesterday and I noticed she flops and hops on her right leg and won’t use her left. This morning it’s the same thing. I really don’t know what I should be doing to help her, I’ve seen some people isolate them to see if it gets better but I only have experience with cows and I have no one to ask except for the internet.
I don’t know what kind of chickens I have, just whatever the tractor supply was selling over a year ago.
I have done some online research but now I have so much information and none of it is what I should do to help her. I love all of these chickens like their my babies and I don’t want her to be hurting.
She crawls her way over to eat and drink, she’s very mobile except for her left leg issue, she even pecks at me(normal, not aggressive) when I picked her up to check out her legs.

A video of her walking uploaded to YouTube with a link posted here might help. She may have a leg or hip injury, possibly be egg bound, or she could possibly have Mareks disease. Does she normally lay eggs? Can you rule out her being egg bound by inserting a clean finger into her vent 1-2 inches to feel for something hard? How high are your roosts? Do you have a rooster who could have hurt her back?
