My hen wont sit on all the eggs

So they might not be fertile ?

Maybe the ones she booted out are not. Could be a number of reasons. One is is not really broody or not a good broody or 2 the ones she knows they are not and has booted them out. How long has she been sitting on them.

Keep an eye on her and see if she stays sitting. If not you may have to put them all in the bator.

I put those ones in the incubator and candled them at day 6 and only of them was fertile so u may have been right plus the reason she pecked them that when i sat them down i kinda dropped it a bit onto the straw and it scared her so i put it down gently and she sat on it so everything is ok

I have a tip also. I learned it just like you did, by getting an egg busted. Any time you reach under a broody hen whether it is to place an egg or remove an egg, cup your hand with the egg away from the hen. This offers up the back of your hand as a target and not the egg. Most broody hens will peck at anything you put in front of them. I've even had them peck their own chicks as I was removing them from the nest.
