My hens are laying in the run

Hi everyone,

I have a small egg problem. Usually, my chickens are good girls and lay in there nesting boxes. But, there is somebody (or somebodies) that lays eggs in the run. I've gotten three in there so far. It's sort of a pain to get them, (depending on where it is laid).

Any suggestions?

My chickens are about 22 weeks old.
They have been laying sense July 18, or around that time.
3 nesting boxes, but they all use the same one mostly.
Yes, fake eggs.

Nope. But I could. Our hens are not laying yet...
