My hens are not laying

Hi this is my first year having chickens I Have a roster named Sherman he looks like a leghorn but I think may be a mix and I have a bantam roster named Stanley and two female bantams Layla and Hailey. I know Layla is ready to lay but it looks like the boys are giving her a hard time when she goes into her box they are free all day abs go in there house at night any ideas as to why she would not be laying? the bantam are 8 months abs Sherman is 9 months

If you have 2 males and 2 females with no others in your flock your females are likely stressed from the harassment.

Too many roosters, too few hens, and bantams are generally not bred for high production.
