My Hens are not laying

I have 7, 6monts old hens that have not laid any eggs yet. Any thoughts on what I can do?

What breeds are they? There are some breeds that take (seems like ages) to lay their first egg. In the mean time, get the nest boxes prepared and you could put some fake eggs or golf balls in the nests. (If you haven't already, of course)

Just have to wait.
I have 6 RiRs and only 2 are laying.
They are of the same age.

are thay free range chickens? my chickens are free range and it seemed like they would never lay and then one day i fond their nest which had like 15 eggs in it.

The breeds of chickens are Black sexlink, Arucanas and Rhode Island Red. Some of them have been laying from they were four months old. I am just confuse why the rest of them are not laying.
Some days I get 51 eggs, so there are eggs in the nesting boxes every day. And, Yes. I have an enclosed area where they are allowed to free range.

Maybe this weekend I will be checking them out to see which hens are productive and which ones are not. The question is, if I wait for another few months and nothing happens should I butcher them?
