my hens are sneezing and some not all have a runny nose

i dont know what to do it has been below 40 the last week or more at night do they have a cold? i heard i should give them poly-vi-sol with iron in their water is this true?

sorry i meant without iron i also heard iron supplements is bad for them so can i still give them vitamins and if i can what kind should i get?

yeah they seem very active thou as i come in to give them a snack they jump and seem excited to see me and eved jump on my for me to pet them but they sneeze alot they dont seem sick but its concerning me
