My hens aren't laying!

My hens are 20 weeks old and they haven't started laying???

Most breed of chickens i found wont start laying till they are between 6 and 7 months old. Then youll get very small eggs with no yolks. After some of those they will begin laying slow to start then after a few weeks or so will become more regular layers. Hope this helps.
