I'm so excited to see my ducks FINALLY getting in the pond!
The chickens have been hanging around our ponds all week as the water level has got very low. They scratch and peck all day and come to roost at night with muddy feet.
Meanwhile, the ducks and geese have just cautiously watched a ways away. I have tried everything to get them in the pond and today it was the chickens'influence that did it!
Of course they still get in the kiddie pool next to the pond to get to the mud off afterward.
