My Hens Have Broken Feathers On Their Backs

Good that you're rehoming the one, but two roosters is still too many for six hens. One rooster might even be too many for six hens. Definitely rehome at least two, see how they do with just one, and if there's no improvement either rehome the last rooster as well or get more hens.

my hens all have backs much worse than what the picure has too, 1 of them has half of her back completly bare 2 of them 1/3 is mostly bare 2 have ok backs and one of them is just regrowing her feathers and right now she is sitting on eggs so she isn't getting bothered by the roos.

As does mine. This pic was taken when I first started getting very concerned and didn't want to make it worse. Like I said, I'll show you what she looks like now but she is currently free ranging and in my barn. I will take one when she comes back later today.

But I do agree, too many roosters per hen. Each rooster is going to out do the other and breed right after the other and that rips her feathers off more.

Are the eggs fertile? If so you will have even more males to deal with.
Yes they are, but with all of our roos except for 2 we always end up butchering them so that isn't a problem. I'm really excited since I already saw 2 chicks under her and they are soo cute but never the less thanks.

I have the same problem going on with my hens. It was just one that I thought was due to a too aggressive Roo. But that Roo has been gone for a few months, and I am now noticing that the one's back is slightly worse and now a few other hens have the broken feathers on their backs. I am very concerned that it might be Mites?
