My Homemade Eglu

If ya dont need the insulation(southern states) ya can build the equivalent to an eglu using a $10 tote.

How has this dog house worked out for you? Does it stay dry in the rain? How many chickens do you have in there?

Wow, that is great. I have the same nest set up in my dog house coop, and they lay in it just fine. I have bantams, so I can't really say about the hole size, but it will probably work just fine.

The good thing is that one can move it easily to another spot.
