Did you break a few of the unhatched to see at what stage they were? Some times you can learn a lot by doing that. Sorry!
My English is not good. But I'll try to explain. My incubator brought out a very good brood. There were a lot of pecking eggs. About 87%. But it is 20 kilometers away. I was forced to transport 2 shelves with eggs to my new hatcher. Too much time was spent. This case caused great damage to the brood. I hope that brood will be more

Wow!!! maybe there is a world record for largest home made incubator :D?
I didn't have much luck with heating elements in my home made incubator although mines was much smaller. I suppose light bulbs do much better in that size.

I dont like the bulbs. It create a turbulence I think.
You have an extraordinary controller. I am interesting it. Im going to make same thing. How well it works? I can show you some russian forums about arduino controllers (you can see the pictures). Its very interesting tendency for me.
