Any opinións or tips would help. Do You think My incubator is set up the right way? It is manual

Any thing that maintains hatching temperature (99°F to 102°F) for the duration of Hatch. (21 days) will work.
Humidity is also important. 50 to 60 percent during first 17 days, and 70% at lockdown,, (day 18)
Many peeps will still have different views on humidity amounts.

What are you using to control and maintain the steady temperature in your home Incubator.??
Do you regularly turn the eggs??
