My humidity won’t go down!

im incubating duck and turkey eggs and I want humidity below 55% and it’s not going down! There’s no water in it but a few drops and it won’t go down below 58% my temp is set at 99.5 degrees. I have the Little Giant incubator with auto turning and circulating air

I'm not sure where you have your incubator or what your room humidity is but my room has a high humidity because i have some hobby fish tanks so i use a de-humidifier. Do you have any water in the incubator/any water beads on the side of the glass? I would wipe those off if you could.

Remove any moisture from inside. You have to know the ambient humidity in the room before you can map a path forward.
Are you absolutely positive your hygrometer is accurate?
