My Intro:

Chicken crap is manna for the garden. But it's hot. It needs to be composted first. Do a thread search for deep litter management in the coop and run. Let the chickens do the composting for you. If you do that, you'll not be messing around with chicken poop, only inputting high carbon materials, and removing finished compost.

Along with the use of poop suggestions, you need to setup a roost and a nest box. You will also want to setup some poop boards. Adding some pine shavings to the coop part and sand to the run will help with cleanup too.

Get a better water fountain and feeder setup too.

Hey, went you get a free minute from all that poop scooping, hop on a plane and come build me a run for my indoor cats [who have an enclosed, outside deck] and one for my chickens too! :bow Awesome! :clap
