I have recently had to give the whole group away. We had 4 eggs, 3 that tried to peep out and got smashed inside the shell in the nesting box, and one egg just never even tried to peep out. Then around 2 weeks later one of the hens died, so my brother gave the other hen and the rooster to a friend of his. They can "free range" now.
