My ISA Lays around All Day. WHY?

My Hen is abot 1 year old. We just got her at a animal swap/sale June 19th.
My husband picked her out & she was kaying in the pen even then.
She continues to lay around since we got her the very next day.
Any Reason why?

Unknown injury, illness? Could be an older hen passed off as a younger one (older ones are more prone to lazing about).
