My Khaki campbell hurt her foot

I am trying to find out how to help my duck, she flew over her run fence and now is limping I am not sure what to do?

That's not alot of information. Ducks limp for many, many reasons. If you're 100% sure that it occured only after a bad landing then it is most likely a physical injury. If not, it could be a nutiritonal deficiency, which is very common in young ducks (under 20 weeks).

Either way you'll need to capture and immobilze the duck as much as possible. I would suggest getting someone to help you with this and watching some youtube videos on how to hold ducks so you don't let them damage their wings while you check for physical injury.
