Well, she hasn't laid any eggs since, but nor is she staying in her nest for long periods either
The black duckling is now sprouting pretty black and tan feathers and the younger duckling is still a pretty olive green at present (which I'd expect because its not old enough to be developing its feathers for a couple more weeks.
Ok, at last I can post pix. My camera with the duckling pix broke (sob) but I've bought a new camera and taken these pix yesterday.
The white duck in the background is the White Campbell (Queenie), the black duck (Pogo) is from one of her eggs and next to him is Halo, hatched from another of Queenie's eggs; eggs were fertilized by a Khaki Campbell drake. Drinking from the pond is my female Khaki Campbell (Liz).
And another view (from front to rear):-
Queenie (white campbell)
Pogo (her son)
Halo (her daughter)
Liz (Khaki Campbell)
Tinker (no idea of breed; bought as a chick and supposed to be IR, but, clearly isn't)
Tucker (Indian Runner, drake)
